Technology: Benefits of the active ingredient ‘biomimetic hydroxyapatite’

Hydroxyapatite, the main component of tooth enamel, protects teeth from irritation and damage. Over time, however, this mineral wears away. The use of hydroxyapatite helps support oral health and repairs defects in the enamel.

The use of hydroxyapatite in the Repair toothpastes has a positive effect on the health of teeth and gums. This includes, among other things, the formation of a biomimetic protective layer around the teeth and protection against sensitive teeth.

In addition to the active ingredient hydroxyapatite, the Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection also contains two further active ingredients that help protect the gums: the natural antimicrobial ingredient lactoferrin and the proven biologically active ingredient hyaluron. This makes the Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection especially suitable for people who are prone to gum problems.
