Bioniq® Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection uses innovative biomimetic solutions to protect teeth and gums. The artificial enamel (biomimetic hydroxyapatite) smooths the tooth surface, making it difficult for bacteria to adhere to the teeth. Lactoferrin and hyaluron support gum health and help maintain healthy gums.

Technology: Benefits of the active ingredient ‘hydroxyapatite’

Hydroxyapatite, the main component of tooth enamel, protects teeth from irritation and damage. Over time, however, this mineral wears away. The use of hydroxyapatite helps support dental health and repairs defects in the enamel.

Bioniq® Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection is suitable for daily use. 

It uses hydroxyapatite to repair microscopic defects in the tooth enamel surface. Lactoferrin protects the gums from inflammation, whilst hyaluron helps maintain moisture in the mouth. This helps prevent periodontitis.   

Bioniq® Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection is therefore ideal for daily use, morning and evening.

Both Bioniq® Repair Toothpaste and Bioniq® Repair Toothpaste Plus Gum Protection contain 20% artificial enamel as their active ingredient.

The use of hydroxyapatite in Bioniq® toothpastes has a positive effect on the health of teeth and gums. This includes, amongst other things, the formation of a biomimetic protective layer around the teeth and protection against sensitive teeth.

Hyaluron is a naturally occurring polysaccharide. It is commonly used in cosmetics and helps to maintain healthy moisture levels in the gums.
