After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please note that if you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments.

Typically, your order should arrive within 3–4 business days.

The invoice will be sent to you via email after your order has been dispatched. It's for your information only, as the amount has already been paid using your chosen payment method.

To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Unfortunately, completed orders cannot be changed. However, you have the option to cancel your order and then place a new one.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

The shipping cost is $5, and shipping is free for orders over $50.

The delivery time is 3–4 business days.

Currently, we do not offer express delivery.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
